June 23-26 (Hill Country, Texas)

 Audacity, Rehearsed.

PAINT THE TOWN

Paint the Town is a four-day embodiment and visibility workshop in Wimberley, Texas for women whose work, voice, art, mission, or message needs to be witnessed in order to move.

Over four days, we work with posture, breath, movement, voice, stagecraft, and nervous system capacity so your body can hold the attention your work is asking for.

Our time together is about practicing aliveness in the body.

The experience culminates inside a professional theatre, where you bring your message, body, voice, medium, art, service, or transmission onto the stage and let the room receive it.

Paint the Town is for women who know they are meant for more visibility and want a space to practice showing up with courage, regulation, and power.

this is rehearsal for

the life you say you want

This is where your body rehearses the room, the attention, the stage, the voice, the message, and the version of your work that can no longer stay private.

You will be witnessed in real time, held in a space where being seen is safe, welcomed, and encouraged.

Whether you are calling in the podcast, the paid room, the next stage, the next body of work, the next relationship, the next client, or the next version of your life, visibility is not separate from that desire.

It is part of the path.

what happens when you are locatable.

real results.

When a woman becomes locatable, things move.

Women in this work have gone from being underestimated to being in demand.

From underdog to working in Hollywood and touring worldwide with major pop artists.

From niche work that felt hard to explain to rare, highly specific businesses that get paid because of their lived experience.

From one post to thousands of views, new followers, and fresh attention.

From privately ready to publicly available, including meeting the kind of love they had been calling in.

From hiding from the camera to selling out events attended by respected industry leaders.

From talking around their work to speaking with clarity, confidence, and a body that can actually stay while the message leaves their mouth.

what you will rehearse…

01

A body that knows how to stay while attention lands

02

Mirror work, movement, voice, nervous system practice, and live visibility reps. Because the moment attention lands cannot be solved in theory. It has to be rehearsed.

03

You will be witnessed in real time, inside a space that is safe enough to be honest and honest enough to change you.

04

Whether you are calling in the podcast, the paid room, the next stage, the next body of work, the next relationship, the next client, or the next version of your life, visibility is not separate from that desire. It is part of the path.

05

More capacity in your nervous system to hold attention, opportunity, connection, and expansion. The feeling of leaving with momentum, not just inspiration.

06

The experience of showing up in front of others and realizing you survived, and maybe even liked it.

LET US pAINT YOU A PICTURE

Come ready to move, be seen, laugh, feel awkward, feel powerful, and paint the town in your own way. Imagine yourself in the Texas Hill Country, surrounded by wide skies, working closely with Tamina Paris and Ayesha Ophelia in a space that feels equal parts workshop, part rehearsal, part creative dojo.

Over four days of community, fellowship, movement, embodiment, soma work, and a little theatrics, you’ll practice what it means to be seen without performing perfection, and to bring what’s real into the spotlight.

This weekend is about learning how to paint the town with who you actually are, not the polished version, but the raw material you build a life from.

Day one begins by dropping into the body and getting honest about what you’re actually working with. Through movement, mirror work, and embodiment practices, you start to access the raw material of who you are, not the version you perform, but the version you live from.

Day two moves into the dynamics of visibility. We work with the nervous system, voice, presence, and the relationship between being the one who is seen and the ones who are watching. This is where you start to feel what it’s like to hold attention without shutting down.

Day three is about expression. You’ll shape what you want to share, create, or bring forward, and practice letting it exist in front of others. Not as a performance to be perfect, but as a rehearsal for the life you’re actually stepping into.

Day 4 we will gather someplace beautiful for a celebration brunch and a farewell.

Throughout the weekend, there is space for connection, for laughter, for dancing, for going out and painting the town, or for going quiet and getting ready for the next day. You won’t be doing this alone. Everyone in the group will be connected before the weekend, so the sense of community starts before you even arrive.

Housing is not included, but you will be given a list of recommended Airbnbs in the Hill Country, along with options to share spaces with other participants if you want to stay close to the group. There are also spots available at the Airbnbs on the farm where Ayesha lives, for those who want to stay nearby and keep the weekend feeling connected.

Whether you choose to share a house, book a quiet one-bed, or stay on the farm, you’ll have support all along the way. No one has to figure this out alone.

This weekend is a rehearsal space for visibility, for creativity, for the life you know you want but haven’t fully stepped into yet.

About Us

Working with Ayesha and Tamina Paris means stepping into two worlds that meet at the same point: visibility in the body and the art you came here to make.

Ayesha’s work is rooted in creativity, somatic practice, and embodiment. She helps women expand their capacity to hold more life, expression, and opportunity.

Tamina brings decades of experience on stage, dancing and performing at the highest level, including stages with Lady Gaga and the Super Bowl, and teaching what it truly means to be seen without losing yourself.

LOVE NOTES

Sarah Carter

“Ayesha inspires authenticity, and in her presence I feel human, inspired, and never alone in my sensitivities. She has helped me navigate my path from a successful acting and directing career into an expanded expression of creativity and community with Cheshire Moon Productions.”

Amanda May

"Tamina taught me vocabulary that aided me in the journey of finally seeing myself in full capacity. I learned how to take ownership of myself and my spirit as a woman.”

Amanda Rassam

“Tamina showed me how to express myself for myself, not for others. But to be like, this is a gift. This is who 1 am.”

Are you ready to Paint the Town?

FAQ

Where should I fly in?
If you’re traveling from out of state, flying into Austin is the easiest and most popular option. It’s about an hour from Wimberley and offers great food, energy, and places to explore. San Antonio is another option, also about an hour away, but most participants tend to prefer Austin’s vibe.

What will the days be structured like?
We begin on June 23rd with an evening session from 5–9 PM, so arrive rested, hydrated, and nourished.
The next day, we gather from 10 AM–2 PM (ish).
The third day is our fullest experience, from 10 AM–6 PM, including our theatre container.
On our final day, June 26th, we’ll meet for a closing brunch at 10 AM at Camp Lucy. Plan your travel accordingly so you can fully land and integrate.

Where should I stay?
Wimberley has plenty of beautiful options, from cozy cabins to Airbnbs. Once you sign up, you’ll get access to a private community space where you can connect with others about rideshares, carpooling, and shared accommodations. Ayesha will also offer suggestions to guide you.

Do I need to be an entertainer or performer?
Not at all. This space is not about performance, it’s about presence. Visibility is something all women benefit from, especially if you carry a message, a creation, or a community. This workshop meets you exactly where you are.

What is included?
Your experience includes guided instruction, a journal/guidebook, all workshop sessions (including the theatre experience), and snacks throughout.
Travel, lodging, and major meals are not included.

How large will the group be?
We’re keeping this intimate and intentional, capped at 16 women.

What should I bring?
Paint the Town is a space for full self-expression. That might look like how you move, how you speak, or even what you wear. We’ll guide you on what to bring (and what you won’t need), but know this: it’s less about performing and more about showing up fully as yourself. That said… it’s always fun to wear a little red—the color of Paint the Town.
